Haruka is a very introverted guy; he's got a quiet demeanor and has never once been seen speaking, from what Yumiko and Mirai have said. Some people believe he's mute, and some think that he may have been scarred at some point to where he's too frightened to. Despite that and the fact he speaks with either sign language or a notebook, he's a very kind and intelligent person. In his past genin squad with Yumiko and Mirai, he was the most skilled with genjutsu and was the team's strategist.

History/Background:
Haruka grew up in a highly unstable home. His mother and father constantly beat him, sometimes with a whip or bat, and would tell him he was never suppost to be born. That he was an accident. Eventually, Haruka got fed up with it and ran away from home, and went to the Grass Village, at around age 5. He was taken in by his future sensei, and met Mirai and Yumiko there.
After he graduated the academy, he was put on a team with Mirai and Yumiko, the man taking him in becoming his sensei. The team went on many missions together, and were all close, however, the sensei was killed on a mission before the chunin exams. After that, Yumiko left with her twin brother, and Mirai and Haruka went on to become higher ranked shinobi.
